I’m so excited to share my twist on the popular British schnack, schnack, snack, the scotch egg,
which I made in the air fryer. And I decided to give it a little Thai makeover because the other
day I was eating a red Thai curry with my mates and I thought, hmm, what would it taste like if I
added some red Thai curry paste, soya sauce and spring onions to the sausage meat? It tastes so
good. It’s literally the best scotch egg I’ve ever eaten. You have to try this recipe.
