it doesn’t get better than chimichurri steak pinwheels throw down some skirt steaks and
flatten them out we’re gonna stuff with swiss cheese prosciutto and chopped parsley roll them
up and tie them off and slice in the middle to reveal your pinwheels slather in oil and season
generously and then let’s mix together a homemade chimichurri sauce grill up our pinwheels on my
