On episode 14 of Potatoes, 100 Different Ways, I’m making potato pizza.
Oh my god, I don’t think it’s any better than this.
After boiling potatoes in salted water, I smashed each potato, sprayed with oil, and seasoned with salt and pepper.
Roast it for 20 minutes, then topped with marinara, cheese, and peps.
Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts, topped with fresh basil, which is essential, and chili flakes, and get to eating.
I love the crunchy bits. I feel like every episode is always like, this is my favorite one.
