Welcome back to my series where I show you high protein recipes that aren’t
boring or time-consuming and today we’re making patas is better than Chinese
takeout pan-fried chicken noodles and this only took me 30 minutes to make
squizz it we’ll start off by boiling some protein pasta until al dente then
set it to the side oyster sauce light soy sauce black pepper a quarter of a
teaspoon of baking soda that’s gonna make it really tender now mix that all
together and let that sit for on five to ten minutes while we work on the
vegetable soy sauce oyster sauce dark soy sauce
shaoxing wine and some cane sugar for balance on high heat add a tablespoon of
avocado oil and sear the chicken for on three to four minutes per side then set
it to the side in the same pan spray some avocado oil and saute the onions garlic
cabbage and carrots cook for three to four minutes on high heat then season the
veggies with salt and pepper now add back the noodles chicken and sauce and cook
for a few more minutes until everything’s incorporated add the green
onions at the very end for the last few minutes and now the only thing left to do
is serve up the noodles top off with more green onions and hit that follow for
more recipes
