Bolas de Repolho Coreanas

This Korean chef is amazing.
I can’t believe I didn’t know this amazing cabbage recipe before.
It’s even better than meat.
First, take 700 grams of cabbage, cut it in half, and remove the core from one half.
Chop the cabbage into small pieces and put them in a saucepan.
Fill the saucepan with water and boil the cabbage for about 10 minutes.
Then, drain the water using a sieve.
Chop half an onion into small cubes and saute it in a skillet with a drizzle of oil over medium heat.
Add three crushed garlic cloves to the skillet.
Next, squeeze the boiled cabbage with your hands to remove all the water.
In a large bowl, mix the dry cabbage, sauteed onion, two whole eggs, one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of oregano, a pinch of black pepper, half a cup of wheat flour, and a pinch of chili flakes.
Shape the mixture into small balls.
Once the oil in the skillet is hot, fry the cabbage balls for about two to three minutes on each side.
Serve and enjoy.
