Big Mac Wrap

**Preparation:**
– `Divide 500g of mince to 5 portions`
– `press flat onto a small tortilla`
– `season with salt and pepper`

**Cooking:**
– `drizzle olive oil`
– `fry 2-3 minutes, keep pressing down`
– `turn over add slice of burger cheese`
– `Cook around 2 minutes, lower the heat`

**Sauce Recipe:**
– `half cup mayo`
– `1/4 cup ketchup`
– `1tsp mustard`
– `1tbsp chopped gherkins`
– `2-3 tbsp gherkin water`
