Batata Doce com Manteiga e Alho

Now if you can resist eating an entire batch of these then you really are a better person than me.
First thing we’re going to do is peel some sweet potatoes, slice off the ends and then slice them into very thin discs
and toss them in some melted butter alongside some rosemary garlic, salt and pepper.
I also love tossing in some parmesan too and then we’re going to stack them up in a muffin tin,
bake them with the foil on and then take the foil off and bake them again.
And once they are buttery soft and a little bit crispy you’re left with these absolutely incredible garlic butter sweet potato stacks.
