Burritos de Frango Fajita (Preparo em Lote)

Welcome to my new series, The Sheet Pan Meal Prep, where I’m showing you how to use just one
sheet pan to make high-protein meals in bulk for almost no effort at all. Today, we’re making
cheesy chicken fajita burritos that pack 42 grams of protein each, only 445 calories. So for almost
no effort at all, you get 12 cheesy chicken fajita burritos you can store frozen and have for meals
for weeks. Let me show you how to make them. Start by adding diced onions and bell peppers to a
sheet pan and add about a tablespoon of salt. Toss those in the oven to roast based off the
instructions shown on screen. Add diced chicken thighs right over the top, along with tomato
paste, chili paste, three packets of taco seasoning of choice, and a little bit of a neutral oil. Give
it a mix until it’s completely combined, and all you have to do is toss that in the oven to cook
based off the instructions shown on screen. Now all you have to do is add the toppings and give it a
mix. I like to top it off with a little bit of extra mozzarella. Top off with your cilantro. Use a
spatula to cut it into about 12 equally sized rectangles, and then assemble the burritos. These
are so easy to make and pack an insane amount of flavor, and if you make them, you’ll have high-protein
lunches ready to go for weeks. Enjoy.
