Pasta com Pesto de Couve-Negra e Nozes

This is Cavolo Nero and Hazelnut Pesto Pasta. There’s a lot of different ways to make pesto,
but this has got to be one of my favorites. It’s untraditional but so delicious and I cannot stop
eating it. It goes perfectly with some roasted tomatoes and this is what you need. Blend up
your Cavolo Nero with basil, hazelnut, lemon, roasted garlic, olive oil and water.
Foil your pasta, I’m using bucatini, then spread over that green goodness. Sprinkle on some vegan
cheese, then bake in the oven until that melts and there you have the most delicious pesto pasta.
