I’m going to show you how to make the glossiest, sauciest noodles in under 30 minutes.
First starting off with the veg, you want to make sure it’s in good quality and then
I’m using gailan and cabbage. Vegetables can hold a lot of dirt so just make sure you give
them a good rinse before chopping. Separate your egg noodles and now let’s start on the saute.
You can use any protein you want but I’m doing pork belly and shrimp which is sauteed in onion
before adding in the vegetables, your noodles, and then top it off with the glossy sauce. Give
it a few minutes to thicken up and then enjoy.
